What is the typical turnaround time?
Most design drafts are delivered in 1-3 business days average.
If your project is complex like a brochure layout or a presentation with a lot of slides, let us know and we’ll give you an estimate on how long it should take.
What programs do you design in?
We mainly use Adobe Creative Cloud. If there's a particular type of design requirement such as Canva, Figma, Powerpoint, etc., then we are more than happy to pick it up as we are trained in all.
We're an agency, can we use your subscription?
You definitely can. We can work with agencies under NDAs. We can work on your brands and your clients work as well.
Who owns the rights to the designs?
You own everything we send over. You have complete ownership of the files as soon as you receive them. We can even send over the source files.
Do you do custom plans?
